- In the app
- Go to Profile → Settings → Request account deletion and confirm.
- Without the app
- Email support@theblackcard.app from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We may ask you to confirm the request before we act on it.
- What gets deleted
- Within 30 days of your request we delete your account, login details and sessions, profile and contact details, referral link and QR code, wallet card and notification settings.
- What we keep, and for how long
- Records of rewards and payments are kept for 6 years to meet tax and accounting obligations, then deleted. We may keep a minimal record of your request and of marketing opt-outs so we can show we honoured them.
